Application Scenarios of Low pressure LiBr Absorption Heat Pumps
Iron and Steel Industry:
the low temp. absorption chiller can recover low-temperature waste heat emitted from blast furnace hot blast furnace flue gas, sinter cooler exhaust, coke oven flue gas and so on. The output hot water is used for preheating steelmaking/rolling process water, plant district heating, domestic hot water, raw material drying and so on.
Chemical and petrochemical industry:
Recovery of waste heat from reactor exhaust, drying tower exhaust, distillation tower top gas, process cooling water (indirectly used as a low-temperature heat source). The hot water produced is used for process preheating (such as reaction feed preheating), boiler make-up water preheating, plant building heating, tracer heat, etc.
Power plant:
Recovery of waste heat from gas turbine exhaust (relatively high temperature) or boiler exhaust (tail low temperature section). Output hot water is used for preheating condensate/boiler feed water, district centralized heating, deaerator heating, etc. to improve the comprehensive thermal efficiency of the power plant.
Building materials industry (cement, glass, ceramics):
Recovery of low-temperature waste heat from flue gas at the tail end of the kiln, exhaust smoke from the rear of the waste heat power generation boiler, and exhaust gas from the cooler. The output hot water is used for drying preheating of raw materials/fuel, plant heating, and heat for living facilities.
Textile, printing and dyeing, paper industry:
Recover latent and sensible heat in wet heat exhaust such as drying equipment exhaust, sizing machine exhaust. The hot water output is reused for process cleaning, rinsing, dyeing, boiler make-up water, etc., significantly reducing steam consumption.
Food and pharmaceutical industry:
Recover exhaust heat from sterilization, drying, evaporation and concentration processes.
The hot water produced is used for process preheating, cleaning and sanitizing, CIP (Cleaning in Place) system heating, and space heating.
District Energy Stations/Centralized Heating:
the Low temp. absorption chiller can utilizes low-temperature spent gas emissions from nearby plants as a drive heat source and/or low-temperature heat source.Produces hot water at higher temperatures (e.g. 70°C - 90°C) for use in city central heating networks.
