To further enhance the safety management of lifting equipment and improve the comprehensive skills of operational personnel, thereby ensuring the production and assembly quality of LiBr absorption units from the source, Hope Deepblue's Manufacturing Department recently organized a specialized training session on crane safety operating procedures. Over twenty participants, including team leaders and frontline operators from the manufacturing department, were gathered to participate in this systematic training, collectively strengthening the safety foundation for the company's high-quality development.

At the beginning of the training, the head of the company's Environmental Safety Department elaborated on the particularity and importance of lifting operations within Hope Deepblue's equipment production process. It was emphasized that lifting operations not only concern personal safety but are also directly related to the precision of core component handling and the final quality of the finished products.The training provided a detailed analysis of various safety precautions for lifting operations, combined with video demonstrations of typical accident cases from the industry. During the subsequent experience sharing and practical operation session, a seasoned operator, drawing from years of frontline production experience at Hope Deepblue, shared valuable practical insights. Through real work scenarios, he vividly explained practical techniques for avoiding equipment damage and ensuring component integrity during daily assembly and transportation processes. All trainees then moved to the production workshop for on-site practical exercises. Through face-to-face, hands-on instruction, employees integrated theoretical knowledge with practical operation, further consolidating their skills in precise lifting procedures.

Through this systematic training, participants' safety awareness and operational standardization of Hope Deepblue's participating employees have been significantly enhanced.
