Recently, the Technology Department and QC Department of Hope Deepblue A/C, to evaluate the hot water LiBr absorption chiller of a project. As a core product of the company, the design and production of conventional hot water chiller has reached maturity, but the special working conditions of the unit in this project brought a lot of challenges in terms of energy efficiency optimization and cost control. In order to improve the energy efficiency and cost control of the unit while matching the poor working conditions of the heat source, the Technology Department innovatively proposed a new hot water chiller for the project, combining the parameters that should be completed by two hot water chillers into one composite unit, and optimizing the system and structure to ensure the performance of the unit while optimizing the cost as much as possible.

For this “special” unit, the leadership of the technical department and the main designers attach great importance to the design drawings, the main designer to carry out a detailed explanation and discuss the operation of the possible problems and coping strategies, and quality control and after-sales departments to implement the detailed implementation of each link, each detail, to ensure that the unit is smoothly shipped to the factory, and satisfactorily handed over to the user. The purpose is to ensure the smooth delivery of the unit to the customers. Chief Engineer emphasized again the importance of focusing on the production process of the unit for the technicians in the summary of the unit review. It is the key to eliminate the “design-manufacturing gap” for the technicians to go deep into the production line, especially for the main designers to follow the whole process of the unit production, optimize their design ideas by combining with the production science, break the inherent thinking, and cultivate the spirit of dare to break and dare to stand. Responsible for the product, responsible for the company, but also responsible for themselves.
