New After-Sales Service Technician Successfully Completes First Commissioning Task
Recently, a new recruit from Deepblue's After-Sales Service Department successfully completed their first field commissioning at a customer site in Dazhou, Sichuan. Leveraging two months of solid technical training, the newcomer delivered comprehensive operational training for a lithium bromide chiller unit.
Since joining the team, this after-sales newcomer has diligently combined theoretical study with hands-on practice under mentor guidance. Starting with fundamental principles, they disassembled unit components alongside department instructors, familiarized themselves with operational workflows, and repeatedly simulated critical scenarios like “unit start/stop procedures” and “parameter anomaly troubleshooting.” For this specific training request, they proactively developed a tailored checklist covering “key theoretical points + practical steps + common issues” based on the client's unit model. This approach transformed abstract concepts like “solution circulation” and “heat exchange principles” into accessible explanations.
During the training session, the newcomer focused on the unit's operational mechanisms, standard daily parameters, and safety protocols. By illustrating these concepts with real-world examples from the client's facility, they ensured even non-technical trainees could grasp the material quickly. The hands-on session featured step-by-step instruction, from “pre-startup checks” to “vacuum extraction operations” and “post-shutdown cleaning and maintenance.” Each procedure was patiently demonstrated with detailed explanations. Technical queries raised by the client—such as “seasonal variations in cooling capacity” and “key maintenance points for long-term shutdowns”—were addressed comprehensively using technical specifications and practical experience, alleviating operational concerns.
Customer satisfaction stands as the highest endorsement for this inaugural effort. Following the session, after-sales engineers proactively followed up on client feedback to ensure the training's effectiveness took root.
Moving forward, Hope Deepblue A/C continues to encourage newcomers to pursue learning and hands-on practice, equipping them with more solid skills to safeguard the stable operation of customer equipment.
