Recently, the after-sales service team of the Hope Deepblue A/C went to a project in Guizhou to debug the Class II LiBr absorption heat pump unit purchased by the company. During the commissioning process, the after-sales team successfully solved the key problems in the operation of the unit by virtue of its excellent technical strength and rich on-site experience, and ensured the stable operation of the equipment, which won the high recognition of the customer. At the early stage of commissioning, the low pressure steam condensate pump frequently blocked during the operation of the unit, which seriously affected the normal operation of the unit. The service engineers quickly started the investigation, and through detailed testing and analysis of the system, finally determined that the root cause of the problem was the presence of iron fragments in the low pressure steam circulating system. These impurities entered the low pressure steam condensate pump, causing the internal mechanical parts of the pump body to stall, which in turn caused the failure.
After in-depth communication and technical discussion with the customer, the after-sales team judged that these iron fragments probably originated from the metal shavings left in the system installation or pipeline welding process. Although the unit has been strictly cleaned and tested before leaving the factory, the system may still be contaminated due to external factors (such as pipe impurities and welding residues) during on-site installation and subsequent operation. In response to this problem, the after-sales team proposed a practical improvement program.
After adopting the suggestions and completing the system cleaning and filter installation, the unit's operation returned to normal and the problem of the low pressure steam condensate pump jamming was solved. The customer highly praised the professional ability and efficient service of after-sales team and said that the commissioning not only solved the current problem, but also provided valuable experience for the subsequent scientific maintenance of the equipment.
