Technical Department New Employee Orientation Meeting and Training Program Launch

On July 23, the Technical Department held a new employee orientation meeting to welcome new employees to the Hope Deepblue A/C. The meeting was chaired by the Chief Engineer and aimed to help new colleagues understand the company's development and departmental responsibilities, as well as clarify the goals and direction of their upcoming work internships.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chief Engineer extended a warm welcome to the new employees on behalf of the company. The addition of new employees will inject fresh blood into the team and contribute to the company's sustained development. To facilitate the integration and growth of new employees, this meeting established a one-month phased internship plan to help new employees gradually adapt to job requirements. The program covers multiple aspects, including learning reports, product understanding, task practice, and thermodynamic calculations, aiming to help new employees quickly familiarize themselves with business operations, master the skills required for their roles, and lay a solid foundation for independently undertaking work tasks in the future. Meanwhile, department leaders encouraged new employees to communicate actively with mentors and team members, learn humbly, think proactively, and grow rapidly through practical experience.
