Energy Conservation: Comprehensive energy efficiency exceeds 80%, achieving annual energy savings of approximately 28–35% compared to traditional models, and reducing annual carbon dioxide emissions by about 1,200 tons.
Return on Investment: With a high energy self-sufficiency rate and optimized operation based on peak-off-peak electricity pricing, the system saves approximately 1.5 million CNY annually in electricity and gas costs.

The project primarily utilizes a combined cooling, heating, and power supply approach to offer users natural gas distributed energy services. As one of the first batch of government-subsidized distributed energy projects in Hunan, it holds significant symbolic value.
