Special Inter-Departmental Welding Process Training Successfully Completed
To unify welding operation standards, strengthen cross-departmental cooperation and further improve the welding quality and production efficiency of LiBr absorption units, Hope Deepblue has organized a special training on welding processes. Led by the Technical Department, this training was attended by technical backbones and frontline welders from the Quality Management Department and Production Department. Combining theoretical lectures, on-site practice and thematic discussions, the training connected all links including process design, quality inspection and on-site production, which has laid a solid foundation for manufacturing high-quality products.
This training broke down departmental barriers and realized close collaboration throughout technical, quality and production procedures with all departments giving full play to their respective advantages. The Technical Department delivered professional knowledge concerning welding, covering material selection, parameter adjustment and solutions to special working conditions, and helped participants sort out a complete set of process knowledge. The Quality Management Department focused on full-process quality control, interpreted welding inspection standards, analyzed the causes, identification methods and preventive measures of common welding defects, and guided all staff to develop a mindset of prior quality control. Senior staff from the production frontline shared practical operation cases and skills based on rich work experience. With on-site demonstrations and hands-on guidance, they helped convert theoretical knowledge into standardized operational capabilities.
The training was closely aligned with key and difficult points in actual production to ensure that all participants could fully grasp the knowledge and apply it in work. During the theoretical learning session, participants systematically studied welding specifications and mastered key contents such as welding material matching, equipment parameter setting, temperature control and weld quality assessment, with clear understanding of product acceptance requirements. In the practical training session, participants carried out group welding exercises. Senior technicians provided on-site guidance, corrected problems in welding posture, travel speed and other details, and shared practical skills to avoid welding defects, effectively improving everyone's operational proficiency.
Both theoretical and practical assessments were arranged in this training, and participants have made remarkable progress in professional knowledge and operational skills. Meanwhile, a long-term communication mechanism has been established among all departments. The Technical Department optimizes process documents according to feedback from the production site, the Quality Management Department improves control standards targeting frequent problems, and the Production Department keeps track of and reports the implementation of relevant processes, forming a well-functioning closed-loop management system featuring design, control and production.
