General introduction
The new hospital of Macheng People's Hospital is located on the north side of Shenguang Garden, Jintong Avenue, Xicheng New District, Macheng City. It is a major livelihood project determined by the municipal party committee and government.
The construction content includes a natural gas distributed energy station and a rooftop distributed photovoltaic power station with an installed capacity of 156 kw. The energy station includes 2 800kw sets of gas internal combustion generator and corresponding 2 flue gas+hot water LiBr absorption chiller units, 4 electric chiller, 3 gas fired boilers, water pumps, and other supporting equipment and centralized control room. The total investment is over 30,000,000 RMB
, providing part of the power demand and all of the cooling, heating, and domestic hot water demand for the new courtyard area. The flue gas and high-temperature cylinder liner water from the gas internal combustion generator set all enter the flue gas hot water fired LiBr absorption chiller. The chiller is configured one-on-one with an internal combustion engine. The chiller has the function of providing both cooling and heating as well as domestic hot water. The cooling and heating are only switched between seasons, and domestic hot water is supplied throughout the year. Cooling plus domestic hot water heating mode ensures simultaneous or separate supply of cooling and domestic hot water. Heating plus domestic hot water heating mode ensures simultaneous or separate supply of heating and domestic hot water. The domestic hot water heating mode realizes the shutdown of cooling and heating, and can provide separate domestic hot water heating. Waste heat utilization, this is the strong advantage of LiBr absorption chiller as the core equipment of natural gas distributed energy projects.
