Chengdu Xiangfu Household Waste Incineration Power Plant, established on August 4, 2009, is located in Xiangfu Town, Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu, with a total investment of 860 million yuan It is a more advanced modern waste incineration power generation project in equipment, construction, technology, operation and other aspects. Furthermore, it is also the key project in Sichuan Province and Chengdu, the third large-scale waste disposal project, the national environmental science base, the Chengdu science base.

The franchise period of the project is 25 years (including 2 years of construction). The project started in September 2010 and completed in November 2012. It undertakes the task of the disposal of household waste in Jinniu District, Chenghua District, Xindu District and Qingbaijiang District of Chengdu. It could dispose the household waste 1,800 tons per day, 650 thousand tons per year, supply 190 million degrees electricity, save about 81 thousand tons of coal, reduce 189,400 tons carbon dioxide. The project is the first one in China to adopt flue gas emission indicators in accordance with the European Pollutant Control Standards.
